As general principal, yes, it does, but that was not was this was ever about. Or, at least, not the source of where that anger came from or where the decision to make the attack on the US were made.
Let us leave it there for now. We can discuss it later. I agree the whole thing ewas messed up & thousands of innocent ppl lost their lives - & specific reasons are difficult to determine, even after nearly 18 years.

How do you determine the reasons for something that you don't blame on the people who actually did them? "We'll eventually figure out why those people who didn't do it, did these things dammit! Even if we have to kill everyone who didn't do it!"

I blame the ppl who carried out the attacks. They're culpable.
