So for little kids what items are necessary to be clean (What's req'd by law)? 1) Soap, probably the most basic; 2) Toothpaste, yeah kinda basic; and 3) Shampoo. Anyone think of anything else & I mean foundation for cleanliness.

I think as the Geneva Conventions pertain to situations arising from armed conflict it may not be applicable? Even so, reading comments on refugee status it is way more lenient and affords many more rights than these asylum seekers are getting
