So for little kids what items are necessary to be clean (What's req'd by law)? 1) Soap, probably the most basic; 2) Toothpaste, yeah kinda basic; and 3) Shampoo. Anyone think of anything else & I mean foundation for cleanliness.

SANITARY products for the girls and women; alcohol, hydrogen peroxide; toilet tissue and antibacterial wipes. Slippers.
I meant the really young kids. The reports talked about an 8 yo taking care of a 3 yo. Kids that young would know how to use some stuff. But I agree w/what you say. I'm just looking at the absurdity *& wondering if there's anything more basic.
