No way the government stipulated to admissibility of a poly, especially in a UCMJ case. The Gallagher defense is just trolling with that bunk. It is a sales job for Fox News and Trump.

Yes. This is to convince Trump, so he can say, he’s innocent, he passed a polygraph. Besides, if G is a psychopath he'll pass the test with flying colors even if he committed the acts.
