I’m sorry, but the American DOJ rules are ridiculous. If someone is indictable, they should be indicted. Period. No exceptions. In any other developed country, this would have occurred. Until this changes, your president is above the law. There, I said it.
I understand your sentiment, however if prosecutors are under-handed & can freeze out Prez from ANY actions w/indictment, ppl like Mitch & buddies would play Rope-a-Dope for years. Immunity might suck but is there for valid reasons

You could argue that about any country though; my point was there are other ways. I guess the rules would have to be very tight and the evidence would need to be public and ample. Which it is.
