I find cooking to be quite therapeutic!
Gonna feed my sweet, sick wife some nice vittles. She has a bit of a buglet, as we like to say 
I just cooked my way out of an anxious afternoon. 
It's pronounced "vittles" but I believe it's spelled "victuals." (Or is correction of a spelling supposed to be letters separated by hyphens?)
