A woman is raped in Alabama and gets pregnant. According to the new law she has to carry the pregnancy to term so she is reminded every day of her life of the rape, the humiliation, the assault, the violence. I call that a life sentence without the possibility of parole.

Let's not lose sight of the new reality that in some states, a rapist can sue for custody of the child his rape victim is forced to give birth to. Sounds far fetched? One was just awarded half custody in yesterday's news.
Also; State agencies (e.g. in Indiana) privatize services in Children in Need of Services (ChINS) actions If biol father's kin have connections OR agency is "faith-based"/leans to paternal side, woman could go 1/2 dozen directions B4 child removed & given 2 biol father
