A woman is raped in Alabama and gets pregnant. According to the new law she has to carry the pregnancy to term so she is reminded every day of her life of the rape, the humiliation, the assault, the violence. I call that a life sentence without the possibility of parole.
Worse: in some States (e.g., Indiana) biol father has rts of visitation & should woman experience depression or any other pattern of behavior to call into Q her ability 2 parent, biol father could 1) get custody of child & 2) Obtain child support from woman

Her rapist would also be a part of her life for the rest of her life. Imagine school concerts, plays, conferences, graduations, weddings. Every event which would normally cause great joy for a parent would be overshadowed by the memory of what the "father" did to her.

& some agencies could be ordered 2 observe & see if custodial parent communicated disrespect about biol father 2 child & that could be used for change of custody, order (4 woman) 2 go through counseling, etc
