So Alabama, if a man rapes a woman and makes her pregnant, IF it gets to court, he might get jailed for say 10 years. Depending on race/religion and the judge, he might even walk free. If the woman can't cope carrying the rapists baby = 99 years. How is this ever acceptable...
Gets worse: rapist gets out; woman has had problems & sought counseling perhaps had substance issues due to depression; rapist petitions for custody & can get it
