I have, what could arguably be a stupid question, but here goes: How are they going to "police" these outlawed abortions? Doctors cannot break confidentiality bc of the HIPPA laws, no? OR Is this putting the law into the doctors hands which could be dangerous in itself?
I would infer they will carve out an exception similar to actual murder or other real crimes, e.g., child is battered, Dr has to report it. HIPPA is no barrier..
