Talk to anyone who works in a prison they will tell you I am right. Your creating an environment of more violence & corruption. I am sorry we will have to agree to disagree on this issue. We can agree to disagree - but I visit Clients in prisons frequently. I have since 1989. I'm not w/o some understanding Meanwhile: 1) Prison reform and 2) No private facilities
