I have a Constitutional Law question: Hypothetically, if Biden won the nomination with Obama serving as his VP and Biden became ill or died, does Obama get to finish Bidens term as his role of VP would dictate?

So does the Speaker do it? I know he's ineligible to run for President, but what would happen in this scenario? Just curious, I guess...
1) Whoever is VP would assume office of Prez 2) If no VP 4 whatever reason, THEN it goes to Spkr 3) Now - if both dt & Pence removed fr office, Spkr Pelosi would be Prez

So Obama would serve out the term, bc he's VP? Or does the Speaker take up the roll, bc Obama is ineligible?

No - Pres Obama is precluded. Biden would have to have different VP (as much as I really miss Pres Obama!)
