LOL. That seems like a lot of unnecessary self imposed rules. I eat whatever I want whenever I want and sleep fine anyway. But everybody has their own quirks; I often have to return home to make sure I closed the garage door.
Gonna crash Be4 that everyone try 2 rest/get good sleep: 1) Do not look @ a TV/computer/cell phone screen w/in 30 mins of when U plan 2 fall asleep; 2) Don't eat chocolate/consume caffeine after 12 noon (kinda late 4 that) & 3) Breathe deeply G'night & love 2 ALL
