I agree but it was limited to the 3 networks once per night and news papers. Today you can get news 24/7 on cable , the internet and social media. We can also instantaneously with other around the world on social media today. Then social media was to your social circle.
True, but today is like a large corporation (in yesteryear) in a response to discovery in a lawsuit dumping boxes of documents on other side & saying, in effect, "it's there. Find it."
