Not a lawyer Mark, but I actually do believe there's a statute in the USC addressing the abuse of office. But what I was really suggesting I suppose is evidence of malfeasance and/or obstruction.

And Bill - I agree that this is malfeasance, but unless it is a high crime - a felony - or a misdemeanor, it is not impeachable. Abhorrent, but not impeachable, and I think w/as many things as there are he's done that are abhorrent, we should focus on impeachable.
