I doubt he would "allow" an investigation. GOP might do a victory lap & claim the real problem was dt - when the real problem is an illegitimate grab of power by the GOP ticket in 2016 & all that followed.
+ 25th Amendment stills leaves us w/Pence whose claim to office is no more valid than dt's
