I've thought of this often. It really is the reason for his long crippling hate for Obama.
If only Pres Obama hadn't made fun of dt at that Correspondents Dinner. Pres Obama was witty, funny, and right - but who knew dt had such a thin skin (& Putin would have such deep pockets & far cyber-reach)?
