Bullsh*t. The Constitution is silent on the matter of illegitimate elections. Illegitimate elections render democracy a sham + should be nullified. The only remedy for an illegitimate election is a new election.
Our cases were not heard by SCOTUS. Harvard law prof Laurence Tribe said, on question of whether U.S. can void results of a hacked election won by illegal means, as Kenya did in August, 2017 - under our Const’n we “do not roll that way.”
