Today I finally received confirmation that I have irreversible nerve damage in my lumbar spine due to a condition called adhesive arachnoiditis.
1 of the most difficult conversations I've had with any doctor.
Still processing the news.

I've had residual neuropathy from misdiagnosed MS (I had transverse myelitis) since 1994. The news sucks - but you'll come through. I was paralyzed from the waist down - later race-walked 17 half-marathons (slowly) & 1 full marathon.
