Why the hell was Trump allowed to answer Mueller's questions in writing? It's obvious his lawyers answered them, to avoid incrimination and perjury. I think there's also another reason. Trump lacks the basic intelligence, effort, and use of simple English, to answer them...
Another theory is Mueller wanted to "give" on matters so that when everything comes down, he'll minimize accusations of being unfair. (I know - GOP will lie anyway, but this shores up support fr the (small but important)% of ppl still "undecided."
