Seriously. As it is we have to go pick up the prescription at the doctor’s office This is not at all a problem for me, but what about disabled people and people in big cities where 1/2 of Utah lives?
In part - probably because medical cannabis is available. Opiate/opioid use declines where pot is legal.

I thought that, as well, but NPR articles I’ve read & doctors that I have asked say that may be a small part of it, but it is not the largest reason. Researchers do not know.

I do know this for sure: The federal gov’t has research data that shows that states who have legalized at least medical MJ have a far lesser number of gov’t-paid healthcare recipients (like Medicare/Medicaid) using opiates. They use MJ.
