@marksmall1973 Opinion? (Mark's an attorney friend in non-twitter life.) Can the judge toss the complaints out as moot since Kav was appointed to SCOTUS?
Either as moot or outside the jurisdiction of SCOTUS. The Const does not provide for any oversight mechanisms of SCOTUS, even of itself. They could do a report, but it would be meaningless.
