i mean I should note - this is way more than we have ever paid for daycare, and a big part of how much this costs IS actually giving your staff health insurance, etc.

starting in November we're going to be paying as much as our rent, every month, on childcare until Izzy goes to public pre-k. love it! great system, amazing country. no problems i can foresee with this economic system at all

From experience, most likely yes. And honestly, as much as I hate daycare cost, when you break it down to hourly, it fits pretty well with how much someone might pay a babysitter per hour to watch their child. The $2,830 equates to a little over $12 per hour.
