Because you are in one of the most terrifying specialties, that now advertises medicine on television and social media; your patients may not have had a realistic vision of how terrifying that disease is... but no doubt, this virus is beyond terrifying. Thank you for all you do.

I cannot tell you how much I dislike ads including those on Twitter for chemo meds that have miserable side effects and are toxic, expensive often do not work and require constant monitoring. Should be banned.

How about: I’ve been an oncology patient for the better part of 16 years. This is the first time I’ve feared death.

I have to go in for my Keytruda tomorrow and I really don’t want to go. The oncology center said all patients will wear masks. Oh boy.

Yep, I feel the same as your patient. Being at the hospital for 5hrs for chemo last week is the most vulnerable I've felt in a v long time. Still counting the days till I'm beyond the incubation time - and then I'll have to go back one week later.

Thinking of you Stacey. And thank you also for your authentic interpretation of the Gospels in these times of war and rumors of war
