    Nike’s performance racing shoes are a case study in product-led growth. They are so good that you are at a disadvantage to not be wearing them. Running races are now product marketing events for them regardless of who the event sponsors are.

    Zwift racing feels like the future of fitness + e-gaming. Watching the Tour de Zwift is almost more exhilarating because of the live stats and ability to engage with the riders directly. The future of cycling is almost certainly virtual.

    A common mistake I see PMs make is only asking the customer about the current problem they are trying to solve. Ask questions about this problem to their other problems. Is this the most important problem they are facing? Does this problem really matter to them?

    Really surprised doesn’t have a triathlon activity type. Having each activity be separate(including transitions) makes it very unhelpful
