The cost of Trident could pay for 85,000 midwives, nurses and staff - we would scrap nuclear weapons & invest the money in our NHS instead.pic.twitter.com/kBNonBWpVt

A 21st century health service shouldn't charge people for medicines. That's why we'd scrap prescription charges:http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/caroline-lucas/nhs-prescriptions_b_16955182.html?1496675782 …

A dark & dirty day. Economic & scientific illiteracy from a president who is on the wrong side of history.

Both these projects are so hideously ungreen, let's ditch now and start working on green infrastructure right away.

Explain need
-
Check business case for HS2 and Heathrow. Neither stacks up. We stand to lose much much more than simple cost to build.
-
Irreplaceable environment of Colne valley as yet intact. All those villages and communities not divided yet. Please think straight
-
Very odd thinking! Money spent on HS2 thus far considerable, granted. But nothing like cost of180 or so new hospitals.
-
How much would be wasted if Trident used? If not used why have it? Money for replacement not yet spent, so how come more wasteful to keep?

Thank you Rebecca!
