I can imagine it happening... They’ll portray the NHS as being inefficient and then advocate for an insurance based healthcare system.

No serious politician has proposed cuts to the NHS since 2009, and they soon changed their mind and accused the other guys of wanting to do it, even though they didn't.

They won’t call it a cut, they’ll crow about funding an extra £1bn into the NHS because big numbers sound good, and no political reporter can be relied upon to use the phrase ‘in real terms’ when reporting on Tories.
