I had a beautiful morning... practicing bass and watching wildlije frolicing in my back yard... Then I remembered that I need to deal with "The Real World". I'm guessing my call with #CharlesShwab might last all afternoon. Wow - it's so hard to make anything work these days ;}
over 2 hours on the phone with HP- Now they need $1 dollar from me on my credit card... (Because the poor man being payed by the hour needs to collect another buck? )
2 hours into a conversation where I became "surly" and more than a bit upset and the man on the phone is almost ready to finalize my replacements. ... 2 hours + today and about 50 to 60 hours total on the phone, and hopefully I can print and scan soon. #HP
Now that #HP has agreed to replace my hardware, I have the "Imp of the perverse" to fix it myself ;} I'm sure the rep that set the printer to a "static" IP address is to blame ;} #EducateYourself
I want to thank #HP for finally taking me seriously with my issues with their products. They are apparently sending me a new computer and printer. Here's the thing... It was one of their techs that caused the issue in the first place. (static IP address)
I have 19 months remaining for #HP to fix my printer that has not worked consistently for about 6 months. I guess the business model is that just keep following up... but wow ... just in... guess what? Man on the phone said they are sending me replacements! #TweatToGetShitDone!

#HP After 6 months with my "extended warranty" at HP they now are saying that I can't return it EVEN THOUGH IT"S NEVER WORKED! They can provide me with tech support that doesn't work, but they won't give me a new device. I think it's time to start spamming #HP
