    To make matters worse, wait times will only get longer with temporary paid sick days expiring on July 31st. Having paid sick days helps facilitate access to primary care, and workers with paid sick days and their children are less likely to rely on the emergency department.🧵

    this is not partisan or exclusive to any province — the Canadian health care system is in chronic crisis. i have never been more concerned about the patients/communities it is supposed to serve, and the humans who work in it. the focus has to be on real solutions/investment ASAP.
