New: A Pennsylvania judge has accepted Bryan Kohberger’s waiver of extradition in the Idaho stabbings case, meaning that he has to be transported to Idaho within 10 days. But it could happen much sooner.

This story is important to tell because we found the mistake responders made in #Uvalde echo those made in other mass shootings. Police, fire & EMS often fail to communicate & command effectively, which can have deadly consequences.
