The thing with static site generators is that I don't feel that I need a static site generator when I'm using it. I really want something that I can use to generate a website or a directory full of kittens thumbnails
So, I tried Gatsby, Jekyll, Vuepress, Gridsome, Next.Js, obviously Hugo ... but my dev main is always murmuring "I can do a better one" What do I do? spend my Sunday creating the new thousandish static site generator or catch up on Netflix?
