As a militant fossil, l believe women have advanced tremendously over my long lifetime. However; my firm belief that men have remained just one step away from the cave still holds true today. They have many uses but are never to be taken seriously.
I’ve just got my first ever script for HRT after holding out for a while and feeling increasingly awful. And I can’t cash it as they don’t have any of the patches. Struggle on then is it? Can’t imagine they’re running out of viagra though, eh?

Yup. No evorel 25,50 or 75 patches, no estradot in multiple strengths. As a prescribing clinician makes life difficult. As a menopausal woman it’s very frustrating.

This is so infuriating. It's starting to happen here in Canada, too. Can you imagine if there were a shortage of antidepressants, or---as I always like to include--boner drugs? Would they allow this kind of extensive, chronic shortage?

I'm part of that new audience, drawn in because of Sunday Morning with Kate & Adam. But i tune in now to other shows as well instead of just having Sky news or BBC news on. There's a lot of high quality content on #TimesRadio which is right up my street!
I migrated to @TimesRadio from LBC when it first started and I've stuck with it ever since. Afternoon needs shaking up a bit tbh. Used to love Giles Coran on a Friday.
Omagh bombing: UK government announces independent statutory inquiry - BBC -Congratulations to the families that persisted to achieve this. Their determination for truth and justice was demonstrated in our case against RIRA and now again.Respect to you all
Again! The ineptitude beggars belief and shows how little this gov value mature female voters. HRT shortage leaves women across the UK struggling to access medication again

Hey Mariella I always dreamt of being an artist when I was a youngster and after a life in graphics and photography I’m still an artist! Here’s a couple of pieces of my work :)
Love the show btw!
As a child I was fascinated by the mixology of potions & pills at our local pharmacy but my dream to be a pharmacist came to nothing. Later in life I wanted to a cabaret singer just so I could slink around in spectacular, sparkly, sequined dresses a la Marlene Dietrich
In The Fablemans’s (star Paul Dano joins me 2pm) we learn there was no question what Spielberg would grow up to be.His roving camera even recording his parents failing marriage. What what was your dream job as a kid, did you grow up to do it or did reality bite?
The irony of Visit Saudi Arabia sponsoring women’s World Cup football when in that country until recently they were barred from even driving is not lost on most of us…let me know your bright ideas for other incongruous sponsors for sports and global events?
Dry January c'est finit! Are you an abstainer or a retainer when it some to drinking through January? I’ve been unbearably busy and can’t wait to slow down with a big old glass of red wine tonight Have you managed to stay sober and stay social? Or hidden away?
Did you hear about the radioactive pea-sized pellet that fell off the back of a lorry in Aussie outback found after days of searching? We know the idiom 'a needle in a haystack' should we change it to 'a pea in the outback'? I’m looking for other idioms to update?
Excel is a brilliant source. In my experience, it helps me build layers of information to each topic or agenda in my life. My #dyslexic helps the out of box thinking & likes organized categories.. even if its one or half word description.
What an excellent documentary series ,a real insight by world leaders and leading diplomats on the strategical workings of Putins’s mind.Just ordered myself a copy of Fiona Hill’s There is Nothing For You Here after watching . I’d never even heard of her before !
Well. This brings to mind the 'right to roam' and the recent story of a land owner barring the same on his land so are we speaking here of more tory hypocrisy?
The Government wants every household to be within a 15-minute walk of a green space or water. Is it achievable?
What are your thoughts? Do we have enough green spaces-are you 15 minutes from a natural habitat you can explore?
Today filmmaker #normapercy joins me to discuss #PutinvstheWest She's met more world leaders than we've had hot breakfasts! Which world leader would you like to find yourself in a room with? And what would you ask them? Let me know
