    I am so pleased that hubs and I are splitting parental leave evenly for bib number two. Sharing the awesome responsibility and experience of parenting is life & relationship enhancing for our whole family

    👶🏻 When dads take extended paternity leave or take on primary care role, more egalitarian relationships result- housework is more shared & fewer divorces! For every month of leave a father takes, the mother’s future salary increases by 7%!!! 🙌🏾

    we alternated between who stayed at home but .. the sad thing was when my husband worked.. nobody said a thing.. it was ok but when I worked..so many people would say: "So when is he going back to work" and " So he's sent you out to work" these people didn't get it was a choice

    And better health outcomes for men...lower use of recreational drugs, less likely to be diagnosed with depression and more likely to schedule regular health checks. Better relationship with their kids and partner too!
