Does plant-based simply mean that sometimes folks eat things other than plants and it's less restrictive than veganism?

Example 3: if you're only eating foods that are "based in plants," that includes herbivores. Wild herbivores turn plants that humans can't digest into food. Are they not plant-based? Bison are so plant-based it's not even funny.

Anyway, real Montanans invest in snow tires. Even poor folks buy a used pair of studs for the front tires. I should go lobby the legislature to say rental car companies must equip winter rentals with winter tires. Anything else is a hazard to everyone.
