    On Christians need to resist any temptation to separate faith from justice. Justice is fidelity to the demands of a relationship, how we love God & neighbor. This is the prophetic tradition Jesus inherits and passes on to us (see Micah 6:8, Luke 4:16-21).

    If you're more outraged that a 7 year old may have watched the Super Bowl Halftime Show than you are that that same child has to practice active shooter drills in school or could be in an ICE cage, then we have very different understandings of what is most morally objectionable.

    I am sympathetic towards parents. I honest-to-God am. It is so much harder out there for parents now than it was 20, 30 years ago, with smartphones, the internet, and what kinds of content their children imbibe. But also, I find it unsettling, which things we're MOST outraged by.
