@marcoarment what device/app was used to make purchase?
iTunes just billed and charged us 8 times for a single TV purchase. Clicked “Report a Problem” button, and… the button just disappeared.

@sonyaellenmann iTune is a dumpster fire. The new Apple TV is a buggy mess. -
@jcenters the only good software I'm aware of Apple having made is iOS, and even that has glaring problems -
