@marcoarment that doesn't make sense; I often edit a stack of 6-8 WAVs.
I seriously can’t edit a podcast in Logic containing five WAV tracks totaling 2 GB on a decked-out 5K iMac’s internal SSD. System Overload.

@jsnell Of course, with that battery case, I'm not sure "apple-like" or "un-apple-like" means anything anymore. -

@marcoarment Definitely a bug somewhere, I record and edit songs with 10+ WAV tracks, 20+ instrument tracks on my 2013 rMBP -
@kylebshr@marcoarment Me too, but with 60+ 96kHz tracks,software instruments, and many plugins. All on a 2013 rMBP. I'd say it's a bug.

@marcoarment for me, that's usually a plugin causing it and increasing I/O Buffer Size (preferences>audio) helps. -

@marcoarment definitely io buffer size issue or plugins. What do your channel strips look like? -
@marcoarment Yeah, that can’t be right. I’ve edited 24 tracks of raw audio simultaneously on a much less powerful Mac than that.
