    Well, Overcast linking to competing apps is over. I knew it would get rejected eventually. Not mad, just annoyed at the resubmission delay.

        @marcoarment They rejected it for linking to competing apps? Is that a real rule or a secret rule?

        @gruber @marcoarment I imagine it's the rule that sort of forbids apps from acting as their own interface to the App Store :-/

        @danielpunkass @gruber @marcoarment Yup, been rejected for it a couple times myself. Makes in-app cross promotion amongst indies impossible.

        @drbarnard @danielpunkass @gruber @marcoarment It makes me angry & I want to say it's "anti-competitive", but I don't know anything, right?

        @marcoarment What is the reasoning for the rejection?

        @dwiskus @marcoarment That was gonna be my question: what rule violation. Also, phone call, or just standard rejection? Sorry, curious
