I assume you’re being hyperbolic in your blurb about what the rules should be. We all know there’s no way “clear” “misled” or “merits” are actually clear terms. Defining just those 3 words could be a semester of law school.

It doesn’t seem hard. Allow external payments through approved providers, and make Apple Pay the primary option. Everyone wins, just Apple wins a little less.
