I was hoping you might say that! Yes, I'm keen to read it. Especially because (full disclosure) I think playbooks are often over hyped unless you're dealing with extremely standardised and simple contracts/workflows.

Although when I say that, I'm thinking of playbooks in the very narrow sense of specific fallback positions/text, not well designed and pragmatic guidance, which is hard to do, but can be very helpful
