“Whether bitterly fought, or nonchalantly accepted...” This is it exactly and the fact that if all I’m doing is assembling a doc then I can use things I already have! I need the system to be pliable with the particular circumstances.
Document assembly per se is not a great fit for contract drafting, especially when it involves deal-specific tweaking and negotiation.
