Ah, that makes sense. Of course, it would be nice if courts provided free lockers. I have seen ZERO sense of courts asking themselves: what is the customer experience? Suppose I should not be surprised since so few lawyers generally do this.

Most staff in courts are not lawyers though. They should do like a secret shopper tv show for courts where a Supreme Court Judge or power broker goes incognito and see how they get treated. Preferably with kids and speaking a different language or accent.
