How does hiding a cell phone in a bush help not miss a hearing? I locked mine in glove compartment. Do you know if courts allow tablets in? Part of my evidence is a video. BTW, case is not sexy, breach of warrant for carpet discoloration. I have stills but video more compelling
In listening sessions for the Massachusetts Justice for All project a couple years ago I learned that litigants took to hiding their cell phones in bushes outside courthouses in order not to miss hearings.
