Yes! And, what does "technological competence" look like? This blanket statement is easy to make. How does this translate into action for lawyers, whose practice areas will vary? One size does not fit all when it comes to technology. Students want to know.

Competence under our (Manitoba) Code requires performing all functions conscientiously, diligently and I’m a timely and cost-effective manner. I read that as a clear call to use any tech tools available to you to the fullest extent possible.
