The integration of heart, mind, and action into any work product. Results in empathy and compassion. Most other humans sense and appreciate this even if they don't recognize why. But I don't believe most lawyers operate from a place of balancing all three of these anyway.
As we consider what jobs will remain for lawyers, ask: What do humans want that humans still do better than machines?

or what do humans need that machines can't replicate? Empathy? Connection? Active problem solving? cultural appropriate interactions and tone? Often the apps and chats seem so fake. It is very hard to get the tone right.
