Agree with that. Seems like a new generation is discovering what we experienced and the difficulty of scaling a consumer focused legal enterprise. They will learn.
Spent a couple hours purging files from my 2000-2001 dot-com adventure (AmeriCounsel) and am both alarmed and relieved at how readily the rhetoric in legal industry press coverage and vendor brochures from that long ago time would pass for today's.
