    To the extent I've talked about investment in biglaw tech, it is not from a moral perspective, but simply to explain why there is insufficient investment in #a2j tech. It is an observation, not a judgment.

        Digital transformation may be led by "is," with "ought" trailing behind; pretty much the proposition of Lessig's "Code is Law." Reducing that gap is important.
