How big a problem is there with online legal apps that dispense 'bad' guidance or documents? We don't really know. Which is a problem.

I want to say bar assoc. need to step up and regulate the quality of online legal service providers, but Dennis reminded me they don’t do that for traditional legal service providers. Sure they toss out the drunks and the cheats, but once you pass the bar, your ticket is stamped.

I have worked in a law office most all my life as a legal secretary. I know that there is never a one size fits all legal document - either on line or off. You need guidance from an attorney in drafting any legal document period.
