      Heck, given their previous talk of "solder" and "solderless", back when they preannounced it they probably either a) had nothing but smoke, or b) at least had no fucking clue you could trigger RCM mode via the joy-con rail.

      You're delusional. If you go back in time you'd clearly see the consoles were hacked to allow piracy. Heck just go back to the PS2 days, a lot of modchips not a lot of homebrew.

      You know, except I was part of the team that hacked the Wii and ran the whole homebrew scene and we very much did *not* do it for piracy. And then we hacked the PS3 and didn't do it for piracy. And then we hacked the WiiU and didn't do it for piracy. Guess what we did to the PS4?

      Still, which homebews are the most popular on all of those console? Backup players/loaders. Doesn't matter what you guys do, the possibility of homebrew also bring the possibility of piracy.

      Which is why we stopped releasing exploits after the PS3, because at that point it was clear the only people that cared were 12 year olds from gbatemp who only want muh free games.
