I think this is a cute idea. But I think you should be brave! You're super smart and you have really good opinions. If someone doesn't follow you back, it probably means they're dumb or they're being misled by Twitter's dumb algorithm
Or they just didn't notice, or use private lists to manage their follows, or follow from a different account, or Twitter just decided not to announce your follow, or they get too much notification spam, or...
